Rola Alarian is the founder of AIM for coaching
She has been coaching for more than 8 years using individual and systemic coaching skills and processes, providing insights, and offering tips and tools, focusing on talent development; helping leaders, to grow toward their best self. She helps build high performing teams and systems, all while maintaining or enhancing well-being.
She complements her practical experience with relevant credentials, including an Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) from the University of California, Davis .Also certified from ICF as a Professional life and business Coaching Certification (PCC) , and Certified as an Emotional intelligence Coach from ISEI. Rola Alarian graduated from University Of Illinois with a Master degree in Economics.
